I am currently shopping for vinyl plank flooring. I had never been to this store, but the brand of flooring I was interested in referenced this store as the closest retailer. I was promptly greeted by Porche who showed me this brand, but also educated me on many other options once she learned what my needs were. She was very personable and her knowledge of the various options they offer was most impressive! They came in at the time promised. We had some special requests (custom molding we had previously purchased, and some uneven floors between rooms) which they did quickly and without complaint. They finished WAY before I thought they would be done. They even left a note on the chalkboard in the kitchen, “enjoy your new floor”. We do!
